Welcome to PetPicWizard! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using PetPicWizard

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PetPicWizard.
• You are responsible for the content you upload. Please only upload photos you own and do not upload any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• By uploading a pet photo, you give us permission to use it solely for generating your pet’s costume portrait.

Ownership & Use

• The AI-generated images and costume designs are owned by PetPicWizard, but you may download, share, and use the portraits you create for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Please do not use PetPicWizard to create, share, or promote any harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

Limitation of Liability

• We strive to keep PetPicWizard running smoothly, but we are not liable for any issues, damages, or losses related to use of the app.
• PetPicWizard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to PetPicWizard if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to use PetPicWizard, you accept any changes.
